Having worked in Information Technologies for many years, I have a proven track record in implementing technology strategies and systems that ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. Most recently, I designed a program management office at the Department of Revenue to ensure successful system delivery. To ensure that the users of the seed-to-sale tracking system utilized by the Marijuana Enforcement Division was meeting the needs of the regulators and the industry, I initiated a Users’ Group, whereby the vendor, the regulators, and the industry came together to address modifications and upgrades to the tracking system.

I have led small and large teams throughout my career. I have a great deal of both private-sector and public-sector experience and have developed a great deal of business, regulatory, and compliance expertise.
